DISTRICT ATTENDANCE REPORTING

• This tool is used by the District and RI for month tracking of membership. 
• The tool can be used from any computer on the Internet.
• Clubs should report here (using this online tool) by the 5th of each month for both attendance and current membership count for the previous month.  

  The attendance % should be for the month's totals (i.e. on June 5th enter May attendance in the May column).  

  The member count is as of the month's end (i.e. on June 5th, enter membership as of June 1st in the May column).
