Food and wine lovers, and amateur painters across the islands enjoyed “Painting and Wine,” a fundraiser on August 10th
     Rotary International, which holds its annual convention in a different city and country each year, expects over 25,000 global Rotarians to visit Honolulu over a six-day period in June 2020. The Host Organization Committee, comprised of Hawaii Rotarians, will offer cultural lunchtime cruises aboard the Star of Honolulu, a Sunrise Walk for Peace through Ala Moana Park, a family-oriented service project at a fishpond in Kaneohe, and a star-studded “Hawaiian Night” concert at the Waikiki Shell. Convention attendees will also be encouraged to help set a world record for the longest paper money lei in the House of Friendship at the Hawaii Convention Center.
Tickets for “Painting and Wine” may be purchased up to Aug 10.
