Events will be at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center.  Conventions starts with the House of Friendship opening on Saturday, the Convention opening general session on Sunday and the Closing session on Wednesday.  Schedule at a glance is HERE.

Your in-person registration includes a full day of activities:
  • Admission to the convention’s opening and closing ceremonies and general sessions, where you’ll hear from inspiring and entertaining speakers, including top leaders in our organization
  • Informative breakout sessions to help you build your communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Opportunities to network and exchange ideas while browsing the project and fellowship booths in the House of Friendship
  • Entertainment provided by local artists and musicians in the House of Friendship and at the general sessions
  • Transportation between your hotel and the convention venue, if you booked your hotel through Rotary’s official housing partner, Maritz Global Events
A $50 processing fee now applies to each registrant (each person) who cancels on a registration. Requests to cancel registrants or Rotary-ticketed events must be received in writing by 30 April 2023. Cancellations caused by visa denial must be received in writing by 31 May 2023.  RI will refund registration and ticket fees if the convention is cancelled but is not responsible for travel or other related costs incurred by Rotarians and their guests. Registration and tickets are not transferable.
 
ACCOMMODATIONS INFORMATION:
Nancy has secured 25 rooms for D5000 Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, located at Robertson Quay, 392 Havelock Rd, Singapore 169663.  It is 2.2 miles from the Convention Center and 3.1 miles from the Stadium.  Public transportation system is free with the convention registration. Nightly rate is SGD 350 (around US$260, including tax & fees).  We need to commit to the rooms by 10.18.23 and a 2 night deposit is due by 10/23/23. May 2, 2024 is the last day to change any names on the rooms.
 
Rotary negotiates with hotels for the guaranteed lowest nightly rates during the dates of the convention to make sure you’re getting the best deal possible. Should you find a lower rate for those dates at one of the properties listed on our website, please contact: rotary@maritz.com. Other benefits of booking through Rotary's housing partner include:
  • One low rate, including taxes and fees
  • Rotary will provide all full convention registrants with access to Singapore’s public transportation system (MRT); this includes buses and trains between hotels and venues.
