Welcome

Aloha! Leading your club is a privilege and is rewarding! The People of Action Awards program is a guide for Rotary Clubs to strive for excellence and recognize clubs for the many accomplishments completed during the year. Whether your projects are big or small, your service makes an impact. The forms can be found on the rotaryD5000.org website under Quick Links.
They can also be downloaded and completed from rotaryd5000.org/awards. If you need assistance, you may reach the Awards Chair by email at d5000awards@gmail.com.
