Nancy Cabral has been selected to be Hawai'i Rotary District 5000 Governor for 2025-2026. Nancy Cabral was the Centennial President of the Rotary Club of Hilo in 2020 to celebrate its 100th year. Nancy joined the club on January 29, 1988, as the first woman member and has served in various capacities since then. She is active in business and in the community. She is a property manager and the owner of Day-Lum Rentals Management and Coldwell Banker Day-Lum Properties in Hilo. She has been an active member of the Rotary Club, and is currently involved with Ku‘ikahi Mediation Center, the Hawai‘i Island Leadership Council for Hawai‘i Community Foundation, and the H.C. Shipman Foundation. In addition, Cabral is a member of the Zonta Club of Hilo, the Rotary Club of Hilo, the National Association of Property Managers, the Hilo Downtown Improvement Association, and the Hawai‘i Horse Owners Association. She recently received the Athena Award for her success in helping women in the community and work place.
